10 / Independent car hire operators
Take the booking while they are still at the gate.
A hire site that shows what is genuinely free on their dates, prices the extras and the insurance up front, and takes the reservation — plus a counter dashboard with your whole fleet on one calendar.
Opens your own private sandbox. No sign-up, no password — and nothing you do is shared with anyone else.
Keys in your hand, not a queue.

What you see
Every car, every day, on one board — who's out, when they're back, what's in for service, and what needs confirming.

Booking site and counter dashboard included — no build fee, and no commission on your bookings. Hosting, your domain and support are part of it. Cancel any time.
01 / The problem
What this replaces.
The booking sites take 20% of every hire
You do the work, you carry the insurance, you take the call at midnight — and a platform in another country takes a fifth of it.
"Is anything free next week?" costs you an hour a day
Every enquiry is a WhatsApp thread, a look at the book, and a reply that arrives after they have booked elsewhere.
Double-bookings are found at the counter
Two people promised the same car on the same Friday is not an admin problem. It is a customer standing in front of you.
02 / Included
What you get.
Availability that is actually true
The site shows what is free on their dates, car by car. A car cannot be promised twice — the database refuses it, not a script.
One calendar, the whole fleet
Every car, every day, on one board. Who is out, when they are back, and what is booked in for service — at a glance.
Extras and cover priced up front
Child seats, GPS, extra drivers and your cover levels, all priced into the quote before they arrive. Nothing argued at the counter.
Weekly and monthly rates, automatically
Set the 7- and 30-day price once. Long hires get the better rate without anyone asking, and peak season still charges peak season.
Season pricing in one row
Carnival at +50% across the fleet is one line. A promo on the car that has not moved in a month is another.
More than one branch
Airport, town, hotel desk. One-way hires carry the repositioning fee automatically, so you stop absorbing it.
03 / Try it
Two sides. Both real.
Not a screenshot tour — a working copy running on its own data. Make a booking as a guest, then switch sides and watch it land. No sign-up, no password.
04 / Questions
Before you ask.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- No. A flat monthly fee whether you hire out two cars or forty.
- Do customers pay online?
- Not today — the site takes the reservation and you confirm it, which is how most independent operators already work. The deposit is quoted on the booking and held on a card at the counter, where you can also see the licence.
- Can I still list on the booking platforms?
- Keep whatever works. This sits alongside — the difference is that a booking through your own site costs you nothing but the monthly fee, and the customer's details are yours.
- What stops the same car being booked twice?
- A constraint in the database, not a check in the app. Two people hitting Reserve on the last car at the same moment cannot both win: one gets the car, the other gets a clear message.
