01 / Vacation home owners

Your own booking site. Not another listing on someone else's.

A website built for your property, with a real booking engine behind it — availability, seasonal rates, guest requests — and a dashboard where you run the whole thing. Guests book you direct, so the commission stays with you.

Opens your own private sandbox. No sign-up, no password — and nothing you do is shared with anyone else.

01 / The problem

What this replaces.

01

The platforms take 15–20% of every booking

On a property doing $60,000 a year that's north of $10,000 handed over annually — for guests who, more often than not, went looking for you by name in the first place.

02

You don't own the guest

The platform holds the email address, the review history and the relationship. A guest who loved the place has no way to come back to you directly next year, and no reason to look.

03

A website without booking is a brochure

Most owner sites are a photo gallery and a contact form. The guest still has to email, wait, and be told the dates are gone — so they go back to the platform and book there instead.

02 / Included

What you get.

01

Real availability, live

Guests see exactly which nights are open and pick their dates on a calendar. Two people booking the same week at the same moment is impossible — the database refuses it outright, not as an afterthought.

02

Pricing that follows the season

Set a base rate, then override it for peak weeks, holidays or events, with their own minimum-night rules. The quote a guest sees is calculated night by night on our server, so it's always right.

03

An owner dashboard, not a spreadsheet

Booked revenue, occupancy, who's arriving and what's waiting on you — on one screen. Confirm or decline a request in a click.

04

Block your own dates

Family week in July, a roof repair in March. Block it and it vanishes from the public calendar immediately. Blocked nights come out of your occupancy figure too, so the number stays honest.

05

Your domain, your brand

yourhouse.com, not a profile page. Your photos, your words, your colours — and no competing property advertised alongside yours.

06

Built to sit alongside the platforms

Keep your Airbnb listing if you want it. This is about capturing the repeat guests and the direct enquiries you're currently paying commission on.

03 / Try it

Two sides. Both real.

Not a screenshot tour — a working copy running on its own data. Make a booking as a guest, then switch sides and watch it land. No sign-up, no password.

04 / Questions

Before you ask.

What happens to my Airbnb calendar?
Calendar sync is the next thing being built — your Airbnb and VRBO dates will import automatically so a night booked there disappears here. Until that ships we'll set you up and you block dates manually, which takes about a minute a week.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. $350 a month is the whole cost, whether you take one booking or thirty. That's the entire point.
How do guests pay?
Right now a booking is a request — the guest submits dates, you confirm, and you take payment the way you already do. Card payments that land directly in your account are being added; the money will never route through us.
What if I have more than one property?
Talk to us. The system handles multiple properties; the pricing changes.
How long until it's live?
Days, not months. The platform is built — setting you up is your photos, your words, your rates and pointing your domain at it.
